Giveaway: Affordable Theater Begins January 18th in NYC

Looking for inexpensive tickets to high-quality children’s plays in New York City?  Look no further.  20at20 is a two week theatre promotion offering tickets to Off-Broadway shows for $20 to the public twenty minutes before curtain time between January 18th – February 6th.

In the spirit of NYC’s Restaurant Week comes 20at20, your chance to see the Best of Off-Broadway for only $20! TWENTY DAYS ONLY!  It’s your chance to catch up with shows you may have missed, get a sneak peek at the next big show, or revisit a favorite – all for only $20 each.

The shows being offered include Channeling Kevin Spacey, Rent, Pinkalicous, Perfect Crime, Freckleface the Musical, Freud’s Last Session, Love, Loss and What I Wore and so much more.

Beginning Wednesday, January 18th and running through Monday, February 6th, tickets for all 20at20 shows are only $20, starting 20 minutes before show time. Just go to the box office of the show you want to see 20 minutes before it begins and say, “20at20” for discount tickets.

In addition, if you see any 7 of the participating 20at20 shows from 1/18/12 through 2/6/12 and receive a FREE voucher for dinner for 2 at an area restaurant! Mail in your ticket stubs once you have seen 7 shows and they will send you your voucher while supplies last.

    So many good shows to chose from. Actually I’ve already seen many of them.
    I would love to see Channeling Kevin Spacey and Fuerza Bruta.
    My daughter has been asking to see Pinkalicious and my son has just started to learn how to read and we’ve been reading Berenstain Bears, so Berenstain Bears Live would be perfect for him.

  16. I tried to see Danny and Sylvia years ago in Chicago but missed it – definitely my #1 pick. I’d also take the toddler to see the Berenstain Bears and maybe Fuerza Bruta (he’s a pretty sophisticated theater-goer). Or Gazillion Bubbles…I’ve heard it’s fantastic.
