Film Review: “Goodbye Christopher Robin” About the Inspiration for Winnie the Pooh

  The other night I had the opportunity to screen the new film Goodbye Christopher Robin at the Paris Theater in NYC, along with the director and several stars of the film.   I was a fan of the British show Absolutely Fabulous when it was on TV in the 1990's. I looked forward to the short episodes about the zany escapades of a pair of women called Patsy and Edina (aka Eddy). I knew I would love Enough Said.  It had my name written all over it. Besides, it was written and directed by Nicole Holofcener, director ofWalking & Talking, Lovely & Amazing, Friends With Money, and Please Give, four movies I adore.
