Happy holidays to everyone reading (anyone left?). I'm hanging out in Brooklyn with my teenager, playing hipsters, this weekend, still traumatized by the disastrous, sad news of Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds. The world will never be the same again. Both women left such a strong imprint on American culture, and I so hope that their spirits are joining up in heaven. Dining at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Prague’s Spices Restaurant

On my recent visit to Prague, I had the opportunity to dine at Spices Restaurant & Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Prague. My mom and I strolled out of our hotel, through Old Town Square and across the Charles Bridge, past Prague Castle, to the beautiful hotel in the historic Malá Strana district. On my recent visit to Prague, I stayed at the Paris Hotel. Uniquely decked out in Neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau decor, the hotel has a certain charm that took me back to a time long gone by, which I fully appreciated.
