I was surprised to find out that Rivers was shy, that she felt left out at times by the boys club, and by how much she did, worked so hard at, and that she was so incredibly hands on with regard to her career. She truly was a legend and I will miss her. She was a big part of my childhood too. I still quote several of her bits. I haven’t missed a comic this much since Carlin.
